Cancellation / No Show Policy
Late Cancellations & No-Shows
We understand that life happens; however, "no-showing" an appointment or canceling last minute leaves our stylists with empty chairs that could have been filled by other clients.

No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and fail to provide at least 24 hours' notice, the card on file will be charged a $100 non-refundable no-show fee.

Card on File
A valid credit or debit card is required to be kept on file at the time of booking. By booking an appointment, you authorize Danny Jelaca Salon to charge this card in accordance with the terms listed above.
Refund Policy For Services
At Danny Jelaca Salon, we take great pride in our work and want you to love your hair. While we do not offer refunds on any hair services, we are committed to your satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your results, please notify us within three (3) days of your original appointment. We will gladly schedule a "tweak" or adjustment at no extra cost to you to ensure we achieve your desired look. Please note that this policy does not apply if you have attempted to alter the hair yourself or at another salon prior to contacting us.
Refund Policy For Products
If you happen to change your mind or simply need to return a retail item, we would be happy to issue a refund or exchange within 7 days of purchase. Products must be unused, unopened, and returned in the original packaging with the receipt

Deposits
To confirm and hold your appointment at Danny Jelaca Salon, a $50 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.

Payment Methods: Deposits can be conveniently pre-paid online through our website booking portal or over the phone via credit/debit card.

Credit Toward Service: This $50 deposit is not an extra fee; it will be applied directly toward the total cost of your service on the day of your appointment.

Non-Refundable: Please note that all deposits are non-refundable. If you reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours' notice, your deposit may be transferred to your new appointment date.
